NO call connection fees, ever - Saving you 100% against TalkTalk, Virgin and Plusnet
We have something to shout about

Unlike TalkTalk, Virgin and Plusnet we DO NOT change any call connection fees on ANY of our chargeable calls, saving you a massive 100% on every changeable call. Call connection fees basically do not exist, and are used by the telecoms providers to cover their loss leading offers.

With the exception of some calls that attract connection charges (e.g Directory Enquiries) we don't apply connection charges. This can make a substantial impact to a phone bill when you consider BT Retail charge 17.07 pence* to make the connection (*28 March 2016 connection charge).

Lowest business call charges
Calls to UK landlines 01,02 and 03 are just 1ppm
Calls to UK mobiles now just 4ppm
prices are ex VAT @20%
