Calls to Lyca Mobile, Lebara, 1P Mobile and some other virtual mobile networks are not included and may be charged separately.
Are unlimited standard UK landline calls included on the SIM plans?
Yes. Home2Phone includes unlimited calls to UK standard fixed landlines beginning with 01, 02 and 03 numbers. Included calls are allowed for up to 120 continuous minutes per call. To avoid extra charges, hang up before 120 minutes and redial.
What calls are included on the fixed digital line plans?
Fixed digital line plans include UK landline calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers, subject to plan rules and continuous call limits, plus 500 minutes per month to UK standard mobiles.

What broadband speed will I get on the broadband plan?
Broadband speed depends on the line, address and availability checks. A speed estimate and minimum guaranteed speed are provided after a line check. Speeds are measured to the router, not over WiFi.
What if I need to cancel early?
These Pension Credit services are on rolling 30-day contracts, so there are no early exit fees on the service. Equipment return conditions may still apply where relevant.
Are Full Fibre only addresses supported?
If your address is a Full Fibre only FTTP or FTTH address, the Pension Credit fixed digital telephone or broadband services may not be available at this time.
* Included call allowances, fair usage conditions, mobile network exclusions and continuous call limits apply.
