WARNING - Cold Calling Selling Our Services

WARNING - We are receiving emails and phone calls from businesses and charities saying they have been contacted by us (in the UK) via phone and sold telephone services by us (Simple Telecoms Ltd), this is NOT the case. We do not cold call to sell our services, we don't need to.

Although we are flattered that another telecoms company regards our services and customer support being worthy of copying, we strongly recommend that if you are contacted / cold called by someone telling you they are from Simple Telecoms you do not give them any personal information and terminate the call.

Any customers that would like help to restore there service please contact or customer care team, who will be more than happy to help.
