We install telephone lines in to rented properties, with a low cost short term contract. There are many different circumstances that may lead you to require a telephone service without a long term contract attached. Of course the best thing about one month contracts is the ease of cancellation. If your circumstances change and you have to move to new rented accommodation move area, or if you simply can’t afford to continue paying your tariff, a long deal could see you paying a hefty fee to break your contract.

Perhaps you’re heading into temporary accommodation, students or short term contract worker, plan to move soon or are having an uncertain time financially. Whatever the reason, we can help. One month contracts let you pay for your telephone and internet connection on a month-to month basis, meaning you can cancel at one months notice.

No Credit Checks

We do not perform any credit checks, so even if you are self employed, have CCJ's r just have a poor credit history we will still be able to supply a service to you.

Supplied & Supported by Openreach

ALL the lines we provide are supplied and supported by Openreach. Openreach are part of the BT Group, but are heavily regulated to ensure that no one provider has an advantage over the other. As such we buy our lines and support from Openreach on the same basis as everyone else. Using Openreach also means that we have 100% UK coverage, and that you can choose who your broadband provider is, so you are not limit to just our packages.

New BT telephone line Installation - £60

If you require a new BT telephone line we are able to arrange this into your rented property, subject to Landlords permission. Just provide us of your full address, contact telephone number and your letting agents contact information. All this information will then be passed to the assigned engineer. Full details of the appointment slot for the visit are supplied in advance and can be changed if they're not suitable. Payment for the installation and line rental are taken at the time of placing your order.

Restart Stopped Line - £29.99

When a phone line is canceled by a previous tenant it can sometimes enter a 'stopped' state, meaning the line still exists, but it remains unusable. Restarting a stopped line is considerably cheaper than a new installation as no engineer need visit, simply the circuit is bought back into service the same day. If a stopped line is available, it will be offered to you by our staff as an option.

BT Line Rental - £15.95

We supply all our Tenancy telephone lines with care level 1 support delivering Monday to Friday support. Extended out of hours support for priority assistance for residential users can be purchased.
